These are no ordinary workshops. Our workshops are designed to suit you.  Each workshop starts with our ideas about what could be helpful, and you choose what is important to you.  We will all sit together to explore and practice activities that will develop your understanding. We aim to make including changes in to your everyday life easier.

Please note. The Brain Place Ltd has no upcoming workshops planned, but is open to requests for topic based workshops to meet the needs of a group of people with brain injury and neurological conditions.

Character journey

The Journey

The Journey is the opportunity to piece together different parts of life after brain injury.  Participants choose 12 of the core workshops and attend approximately one per month. This process will bring together education and strategies to promote living well after brain injury.

Cancellation policy

Core Workshops

Please note that if workshops are booked, and you are unable to attend, we will do our best to find an alternative date for you.

Full refunds will be given if we receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

A refund of 50% of the workshop cost will be given up to 7 days prior to the workshop.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund with less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation.

We understand that sometimes there may be uncontrollable events, such as medical emergencies. If this happens to you, please contact us to discuss.

 

Bespoke Workshops

Please note that if a bespoke workshop is booked, and you are unable to attend, we will do our best to find an alternative date for you.

Full refunds will be given if we receive a minimum of 90 days’ notice.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund with less than 90 days’ notice of cancellation.

 

The Journey

Please note that if a Journey is booked, and you are unable to attend core workshops, we will do our best to find an alternative date for you.

If you wish to withdraw from The Journey unattended core workshops will be refunded.

 

All Workshops

In the unlikely event that The Brain Place need to cancel a workshop, we will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible and an alternative date will be offered. If the alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be offered.
